How it works
Quote
You send the lot link or VIN and the destination. We return the landed cost within one business day.
Purchase
We bid under our account with your limit, or you buy on yours and name us as the pickup party.
Shipping
We collect the vehicle, file the title and export declaration with US Customs, load it and send the bill of lading.
Delivery
Your customs broker clears the vehicle at the destination with the documents we sent ahead. Duties are paid locally.
Destinations
Transit from Newark on the usual services, including the rail or ferry leg where there is one. Customs time at the destination is not included. Other ports on request.
Typical for recent sailings; each quote carries the current transit for that booking.
Questions buyers ask
Can I buy without my own auction account?
Yes. We bid on Copart, IAAI and Manheim under our account with the limit you set. You pay the winning price plus the fees in the estimate.
What is included in the landed cost?
Vehicle price, auction fees, inland transport to Newark, ocean freight, export documents and our service fee. Import duties, VAT and customs clearance at the destination are paid locally. The quote is fixed at booking.
What documents does the vehicle need?
A title in the seller's name. Clean, salvage and rebuilt titles export without issues. A lot sold on a bill of sale only, with a certificate of destruction, or marked parts only cannot leave as a vehicle. Bonded, flood, lien and foreign titles need a check first; send us the lot before bidding.
How long does it take?
One to two weeks in the United States for pickup, title processing and the customs notice, then the transit listed under Destinations. A shared container leaves when it fills, usually within 7 to 14 days.
Who clears customs at my port?
Your customs broker, with the documents we send ahead. If you do not have one, we introduce brokers we have worked with in Poti, Aktau and Jebel Ali. Import rules differ by country, so we check the destination before you bid.
How do I pay, and is the cargo insured?
By bank wire to the company account in the United States, invoice first. Loading photos and the sealed container document the condition at departure. Total-loss cargo insurance to the destination port is available on request.
